Electropolishing: An electrochemical process whereby unwanted metals and contaminants are removed from the metals surface. We meet many specifications.

Pickling: An acid bath which removes weld scale, heat marks, oxides or other surface impurities from various metals. We meet many specifications.

Passivation: An acid bath to treat a multitude of metals. The metal is submersed in a natural metal oxide bath which increases the metal surface resistance to environmental exposure. We meet many specifications.

Degreasing: We are using some of the latest technology to provide an oil free part. A critical process before any type of plating or finishing is added to the material. This process can be used on all metals and many plastics.

Shot Peening: A surface preparation with various sized steel shot to produce a peened or matte finished part.
